		<description>Thank you for this post! It&#039;s so easy to focus on the overnight sensation whose first novel not only gets published by ends up on the NYT bestseller list. It&#039;s nice to be reminded that there are a whole lot of routes to being published, and that what they all have in common is simply perseverance.</description>

What I find most inspiring is that each author DECIDED to believe in herself and DECIDED to to seriously write and pursue her dream.  With so much that is beyond our control, I like that we can control some things.  Like choosing to write.</description>
